RETURN POLICY

Resources may be returned within 90 days of receiving your original order. To return resources, notify  orders.us@triplep.net. (To replace resources, a new order must be placed.)

A return authorization number will be emailed to you, which is to accompany the resources being returned. Resources must be unused and in original packaging. The resources are your responsibility until returned, so ensure they are properly packed to prevent shipping damage. We also recommend using a shipping method with tracking. Items will be inspected upon arrival. Shipping and handling charges for returned resources are the responsibility of the customer. Your refund will be received via your original form of payment or a credit for future orders.

If resources are claimed to be damaged / defective, the item(s) must be returned for inspection, and a full refund or credit will be issued if claim is confirmed.

IMPORTANT: A credit or refund will be issued only for the resources that meet the above criteria.
